ReplyDeleteFor Thanksgiving my family and I go to my grandma and grandpas for a thanksgiving meal:) the next morning we go to my other grandparents on my dads side and have a meal there as well. and then the next day we go to my moms step brothers. And the next weekend we have all our relatives over to our house including my moms side and my dads side so we can all interact as one BIG family:) Our house is usually crammed on this day. But i dont mind it its fun. After we eat we always play a game called pass the present. How we play this is we all bring a present and then we sit in a big huge circle upstairs by the fire place and someone will be out who dosent want to join in sits by the cd player and we will pass the gifts and sing along to the christmas tune and then when the music stops you unwrap the gift and thats what you get and sometimes we switch but its fun:)

I think my family and I are going to have a blast this thanksinging. Thanksgiving started in 1621, The pilgrums and Idians shared a wonderful feast after there long journy. So I have to make sure my room is extra clean, I also have to make sure the rest of the house is extra clean. For Thanksgiving this year we are having it at my house. First we have Thanksgiving with my grandpa's side of the family. Then I go to my dads and have Thanksgiving with my other grandparents. Then on Sunday we will have Thanksgiving on my step dads side of the family. My favorite one is with my grandpa's family, because that is one of the two or three times we get together. Plus my cousins and uncle come back from Wisconsin.

My thanks giving is going to be crazy! All together I have 4 thanks givings to go to. One at my house, one at my grandma Shilias, one at my grandma beths and one at my granpas. I don't think I will ever want to eat again after this.

This Thanksgiving my family and I usually go to my grandma's and grandpa's house which is on my dads side. We don't get to celebrate thanksgiving with my mom's dad and mom because they live in Texas. But this thanksgiving we don't know what we are doing because my grandpa is in the hospital so it all depends on if he gets out of the hospital, if he does get our soon enough we usually eat a big dinner that my grandma makes and we eat and my cousins like to play poker after we all eat. Then we usually put all the kids names in a bowl and we draw 2 names and which 2 are pulled out they have to get each other a Christmas gift. If my grandpa does not get out of the hospital soon enough Me and my family will probably have Thanksgiving at our house with just us, when we are done we will probably go to the hospital and visit my grandpa. And it is REALLY fun. But it is going to be more fun because my cousin is coming from college and her family is coming from Iowa City! And we will probably go to my other grandma's after because my other cousin is a glass blower{something like that}. This year, not just Thanksgiving is being celebrated. My dad will come to the celebration with no wires, making it an awsome Thanksgiving. Plus, we get to stuff oourselves at Grandma Bettie's because we get alot of grocies. The amount normally spent on Thanksgiving for our Thanksgiving celebration is about $315.(Amazing isn't it?)

This Thanksgiving, I'm going to my grandparent's farm house, but not on Thursday; we're going on Friday and Saturday. On Thursday, we we were planning to help the Fiedlers pack to move into their new house soon, but they decided to have us cook and get ready for a great Thanksgiving dinner at our house when they are done. ReplyDeleteThanksgiving is my favorite holiday! My family gets together with the rest of my family, and we all eat at my aunts large house. We all watch the dog show with my elderly grandma, and then we eat our large feast! We feast and feast until we are full, and we just sit around and watch The Lion King! After our movie is done, we all go to one of the movies in the theatre. This year it was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

For Thanksgiving we are going to Illinois and all of my mom's side of the family are coming. Even people from St. Louis are coming and they have a very long drive. My uncle brought deer sausage and he brought shrimp as well.
ReplyDeleteFor my Thanksgiving, I spend a fun day with my mom's side, but at 4:30PM, I go over to my dad's side. We spend atleast 4 to 5 hours at each place, so it is a long day. I spend most of the time at my mom's side with my awesome cousin, Tori, and at my dad's side with awesome AJ. I also planned to watch Punkin Chunkin at my dad's side, and I did! It was awesome and the surprise new team won, Horomone Blaster.
